[2.4] Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments incur a 2% monthly administrative fee. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

[2.5] Limitation of Liability: SitePatternPro's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

[2.6] Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

[4.3] Service Defects: If deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in the project agreement, SitePatternPro will rectify defects at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe. If rectification is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

[4.4] Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of project completion or last milestone delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

[4.5] Exceptions: Custom development work, third-party licensing fees, and domain/hosting registrations are non-refundable. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis considering project scope, deliverables completed, and adherence to agreed specifications.
